Flexy / Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains how Flexy handles information on flexy.design, our waitlist, and account sign-in for the Flexy design application.
1. Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture, where available. If you join our waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and selected user type. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.
2. How we use your information
We use Google account information only to sign you in and provide and manage your Flexy account. Google sign-in does not give us your Google password or access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Calendar. We use waitlist information to manage your registration and contact you about access to Flexy, and support messages to respond to your requests.
3. Storage and sharing
We use Supabase to authenticate users and store account and waitlist information. Google processes your sign-in, and our hosting and service providers process information needed to operate the website and account services. Information may be processed outside your country. We may also disclose information when required by law. Google account information is used for account services, not advertising or training AI models.
4. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. It can collect information about pages visited, interactions, browser and device details, and approximate location, and may use cookies. Authentication also uses browser storage to maintain sessions. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser; blocking them may affect how the site works.
5. Retention and your choices
We keep account and waitlist information for as long as needed to provide those services, and as necessary for security or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or removal from the waitlist, email info@flexy.design. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. You can also remove Flexy's Google access through your Google Account connections. Removing access stops future Google sign-in access; it does not automatically delete information already stored with Flexy.
6. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services change and will revise the date above when we do. For privacy questions, contact Flexy at info@flexy.design.
