These terms govern your use of the Flexy website and design application. By using Flexy, you agree to these terms.
1. Using Flexy
Flexy provides AI-assisted design tools for architects and designers. You may use our website and application in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a particular release date.
2. Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use Flexy for unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
3. Your content and design outputs
You retain your rights in the content you provide and must have permission to use it with Flexy. You allow us to process that content as needed to provide the features you request. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and validate all outputs, including geometry, dimensions, and design recommendations, before relying on them. Flexy does not replace professional architectural, engineering, or safety review.
4. Flexy's intellectual property
Flexy's software, branding, and website materials belong to Flexy or their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of those materials to you. Do not copy, resell, or distribute them without permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable license.
5. Availability and limitations
Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, Flexy is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Ending use and privacy
You may stop using Flexy at any time and contact us to request account deletion. We may suspend access for misuse, violations of these terms, or security reasons. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website, waitlist, and sign-in information.
